Meet iBalls, Apple’s new eye replacement. Equipped with the latest Retina Display technologies, and with the capability of detecting up to 16 million colors, you can record your life in 4K and perceive reality in slow-mo. iBalls syncs via NFC to your iPhone, offering capabilities such as enabling a third eye, the iPhone’s camera. That way you can live with three different perspectives of the world. According to sources at Cupertino, iBalls lets its user zoom up to 8x with the enhaced digiREAL® zoom. Replacing every need of binoculars and optics for your everyday stalking of your neighbors. Making your life not only easier and enjoyable, but also directly traceable by the NSA.

iBalls offers multimedia capabilities such as online streaming. So ask yourself this question; would you prefer sitting through a 2 hour boring meeting, or watch the latest episode of Game of Thrones without your colleagues knowing what you’re up to? Definitely the second, for which it is only possible through our innovative eye-replacements.

As it’s been known by common knowledge, apple is designed for creative people. Having the latest statement in mind, iBalls didn’t forget for one second about its consumer’s little niche. Introducing a creative’s-person iBall with exorbitant and out-of-this-world technology:

For Architects: iBalls provides architects with the capabilities to measure angles, lengths, and dimension live-on on an automated and precise way, making your job while it syncs its date with your not-heavy iPhone.

For graphic Designer: iBalls provides your iBalls (duh!) with a virtual color picker capable of converting colors from CMYK input to RGB output without an actual change in color. Making your whole job easier smarter.

The purpose of this new Apple product is to make a critique of their misuse of the language for their own marketing purposes. The term Retina used by Apple to refer to their screens is making a clear allusion to the retina of the eye. Giving their screen more importance than it truly deserves, since in this case, most of the existing smartphones that compete with it beat the Apple ‘Retina’ in both resolution and pixel density. Making us ask ourselves which screen should be really called ‘Retina’. Don’t let the misuse of the language in the actual advertising world fool you, always question everything and search for the true technical details that make a fact.
